Spirituality is an art and science of receiving, retaining and channelizing cosmic energy at large. The indicators of spiritual/yogi advancement are empowered holistic health, intelligences (rational, creative, emotional and spiritual), purity and transparency in the life. Spiritual guidance is more about detecting the problems associated with all five sheaths (physical, vital, psychic, intuitive and blissful) of human existence to prescribe and instill the pertinent yogic/spiritual practices to activate them by eliminating the detected problems. Spiritual/yoga practices improve traits- self-awareness, field independence, humility, tendency to ask fundamentals- why; ability to re-frame, positive use of adversity and sense of vocation (Zohar, 2005) that are essential for effective leadership and translating vision into action. Persistent practice of yoga and allied disciplines improves somatic, psychic, social and spiritual health and intelligences of an individual. Wellness and human intelligences- spiritual (SI), emotional (EI), creative (CI) and rational (RI) of an individual associated with his/her way of feeling, thinking and doing are regarded as the determinants of personality and human excellence as well. Optimal wellness (physical, mental, social, spiritual, economic potentials and quality work-life balance) and these four intelligences can be improved and channelized by regular yoga practices underpin personal excellence as an antecedent of organization excellence. The personal excellence is the function of wellness (physical, mental, social and spiritual) and four intelligences- SI (farsightedness, serenity, discriminative wisdom, personal meaning production, critical existential thinking, transcendental awareness and conscious state expansion), EI (affectionate and loving relationship with family and society; memorizing God’s compassion is unbounded, transfer of privilege, career development, team building, empathy, sound leadership and civility), CI (creativity and innovations), and RI (good managerial capabilities, job placements and technical performances).
